Crimson Dragoons - Required Addons

The following are "REQUIRED" addons for Every Raid, EVERY TIME.

- GEMs : Guild Event Manager - If you dont have this, you MUST get it ... period. This is the addon that we use to schedule and coordinate raiding. If you do not have it, do NOT come online and expect to automatically get into a raid. ONLY the people who sign up are given first priority PERIOD. On that note, I know what you're already thinking, "I signed up but I did not get in?", or "Why was I moved to a Sub?" The answer to this is; As a guild we need to think of how we can progress to not only get people geared, but what classes and people do we need to make every raid a success. Do not feel that you're unimportant or not wanted just because you got moved to a sub or did not get in right away. If there are 6 Mages signed up ... NOT all 6 will get in ... it's that simple. There is also the new rules and conditions that Kalvair has initiated to try and get people motivated.

- ACE - OMEN: I know that some people may have "KTM" or something else or nothing at all. As a guild we have moved to OMEN as our threat meter. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE MUST have this addon. I dont care if it's the only thing you can run with WoW and still keep a connection. If we find out you dont have it, you run the risk of being booted from the raid for that night and not asked to raid until you can prove you have it. Threat in a fight is the number one reason for either success or failer while raiding.

- BigWigs or Deadly Boss Mods: This is an absolute must. Give you warnings on whats going on and when a boss ability is going to happen. I myself you Bigwigs becuase its an ACE addon but Deadly Bosss Mods works fine too.

- Vent : Now let me be clear on this so there is no miss understanding: you DO NOT have to have a Mic to raid. you DO HAVE TO HAVE speakers or headphones that work and actually be on Vent. This means not ONLY being on, but have the volume up where you can hear what's going on and participate "Effectively". If you do NOT have Vent on and we have to keep asking you to turn it on, you may be replaced with someone who is willing to play by the rules.
